After a round of golf, a day out or a day on the slopes, a moment of tranquillity is just what you need. Grund Resort offers two different wellness areas, a private infrared sauna and a wide selection of massages.

Wellness Area A is a swimming area with a pool, hot tub and sauna, and is also suitable for children. Wellness Area B is a quieter, non-swimming sauna area intended for guests aged 15 and over.

Wellness A

A 12-metre counter-current pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a relaxation area. Open for swimming, also suitable for children.

Sauna World / Wellness B

A Finnish ceremonial sauna, a eucalyptus steam bath, a herbal soft sauna and a spacious relaxation area. A no-swimwear zone for those aged 15 and over.

Infrared sauna

A private area for up to four people, combining an infrared sauna, a massage lounger and a relaxation area.

Massages

Classic, sports, aromatherapy and themed massages for relaxation, recovery and stress relief.
